How would you feel if you donated money to help disaster victims or cancer patients and you later found out that more than 97 percent of the money that you gave never got into the hands of the people that needed it? Sadly, that is happening all over America today. In fact, in some of the worst cases, less than a penny of every dollar that is donated ends up in the hands of those that need the help. If you can believe it, right now there are 6,000 charities in the United States that use for-profit companies to raise money for them, and in many of those instances the for-profit companies end up keeping more than 50 percent of the donations for themselves. The election is still more than two weeks away, and already a tremendous amount of evidence has emerged that operatives from both major political parties have been committing election fraud. There have been reports of dead people being registered to vote, of voter registration forms being tossed in the garbage, and of activists purposely helping people get registered to vote in more than one state. We have not had a presidential election this closely contested since Bush v. Gore back in 2000, so there has been a tremendous amount of concern that one side (or potentially both sides) may be tempted to cheat. Once upon a time, working for the federal government was considered to be a sacrifice and it often involved a significant reduction in pay. Millions of Americans felt that serving their country and making a difference more than made up for the reduced wages that they would receive. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. Today, the federal government is the place to go if you want a cushy, high paying job with tons of benefits. It is incredibly hard to be fired from a federal job, and if you stick around long enough you will be guaranteed a huge pension for the rest of your life. The laziness at some federal agencies is absolutely legendary. Trust me, I used to work in Washington D.C. and I have seen the mindset firsthand. Today, many among America’s liberal ruling class have openly declared war on the U.S. Constitution. It turns out that the U.S. Constitution just does not fit well with the radical green agenda and European-style socialism that they are trying to impose on all of us. In particular, many in America’s ruling class are deeply alarmed about the rise of the Patriot and Tea Party movements in recent years. Both of these movements stress fidelity to the U.S. Constitution and to the values that our founding fathers founded this nation on. Unfortunately for America’s liberal ruling class, the values of our founding fathers were completely contrary to the direction that they are trying to take us in. They tend to portray our founding fathers as racist, sexist, homophobic neanderthals who did the best they could at the time. They insist on referring to our Constitution as a “living, breathing document”, which is code for saying that they feel free to alter the meaning of it any time they wish, because after all, they know better. The truth is that the U.S. Constitution stands in the way of what America’s ruling class is trying to accomplish, and so now many of them have actually resorted to openly trashing it.

What in the world has happened to our once great republic? The U.S. Congress has been turned into a festival of legalized bribery. We all know that at least on some level, but when Glenn Beck interviewed Eric Massa the other day, what Massa had to say totally stunned many of us. He told Beck that “you can literally be bought and sold legally” as a member of the U.S. Congress. He also said that members of Congress spend about 5 hours a day just raising money, and that there are special coaches that are brought in that teach them how to do it better. How insane is that?
But one of the saddest things that Massa had to say is that he felt completely and utterly powerless to change the system as a member of Congress. When even a member of Congress can do absolutely nothing about the runaway corruption of the U.S. government, you know that the system is broken.
Do yourself a favor and take a couple of minutes and watch the excerpt from the interview posted below. No matter what your political persuasion is, you have to admit that this is really, really sad….
The following is a letter to new Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown from a disgruntled Tea Party activist that has been getting forwarded all over the Internet. I think that it sums up the feelings of a lot of those involved in the Tea Party movement regarding Scott Brown. It only took him a couple of days in office for him to betray the people who elected him. The truth is that Scott Brown is a RINO – a Republican in name only. He has already shown that he has far more in common with Barack Obama than with anyone in the Republican Party.
So now many Tea Party activists are furious and are going to be working to vote out Scott Brown in the next election. All of the enthusiasm and passion that benefited him this time could very well be his undoing next time around.

You are a real piece of work, aren’t you? I am a member of the Tea Party Movement that went to bat for you. I donated money, that we just didn’t have, but, your words spoke of the true “change” we all wanted. I gave up countless hours in email to the good people of your state, in support of you. I worked your phone banks. You made promises that were nothing more than a lie, to get yourself elected. You are nothing more than a RINO!!!!
The majority of Republicans now believe that Barack Obama is a socialist. According to a new survey conducted for Daily Kos by polling firm Research 2000, 63 percent of those who identify themselves as Republicans say that they believe that Barack Obama is a socialist. Of course the liberal blogs are having a field day with this one. After all, it is ludicrous to think that any major U.S. politician is actually a socialist, right?
Well, where I come from if it walks like a duck and if it quacks like a duck then we call it a duck.
So is Barack Obama a socialist?
-Obama believes that the government should run the economy and he has already taken over some of America’s biggest corporations and has given government bailouts to many of the biggest banks.
