So exactly what were the facts of this case?   

Well, this case had originally been brought by the Christian Legal Society at the University of California-Hastings College of Law.

School officials had refused to recognize the Christian Legal Society and grant it student-activity funding, meeting space and other privileges because they said that the group "discriminated" against gays students.

But the group did not specifically "discriminate" against homosexuals.  What they did was require that group members adhere to standards of Christian morality which included not being involved in sexual immorality.

But today if you insist on sexual morality that means that you are a bigot.

This is what America is turning into.

Dissenting from the Supreme Court decision were Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

Writing for the dissenters, Alito states that this new decision, "arms public educational institutions with a handy weapon for suppressing the speech of unpopular groups."

Indeed it does.

Christian groups all over the United States are now going to be pushed off campus.

But that is only the beginning.

Eventually churches and Christian organizations across the United States are going to lose their tax exemptions because they supposedly "discriminate" against gay people.

That is where things are headed.

Taking a stand on sexual immorality is going to increasingly get Christians into trouble in the years ahead. 

So decide right now where you are going to stand.  Because things are not going to get any easier.

Just consider a few of the startling facts that have come out about Elena Kagan....

*After the election of Ronald Reagan, a young Elena Kagan openly yearned for a more "leftist left".

*As an aide to President Bill Clinton, Kagan took a lead role in fighting a Republican bill to limit abortion.

*Kagan once referred to the Pentagon's Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy as "a profound wrong—a moral injustice of the first order".

*One newly produced document from the Clinton archives has revealed that Kagan once defended ex-President Bill Clinton's veto of a bill to ban partial-birth abortions.

*White House memos from 1997, when Elena Kagan was a top domestic policy advisor to President Clinton, show that she recommended that the Clinton administration permit cloning of human embryos for research purposes.

Cloning of human embryos for research?

Is that the kind of future we are headed towards?

Well, the answer is yes if Elena Kagan has anything to say about it.

The truth is that Elena Kagan would give new meaning to the term "liberal activist judge".  Between Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor, the Democrats now have a liberal core of judges on the Supreme Court that could last for decades.

America cannot afford for Elena Kagan to be confirmed, but with the Democrats firmly in control that is exactly what is going to happen.

This is yet another indication of just how far America has fallen.

The United States is heading straight into the moral toilet, and we have nobody to blame but ourselves. 

What a horrible nation we are becoming.

Does that make any sense at all?

What in the world is going on?

Is there a reason why the U.S. government refuses to secure our border with Mexico?

After all, we seem more than happy to help other nations secure their borders.

In fact, U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has just agreed to help Saudi Arabia secure its dangerous border areas near Yemen.

Not only that, we have secured the border between South Korea and North Korea so well that not a single North Korean has crossed over the border illegally in over 50 years.

And yet we continue to leave our border with Mexico completely wide open.

Not only is doing so insanely bad public policy, it also greatly endangers our national security.

Border officials tell us that a growing number of radical Muslims are sneaking over the Mexican border into the United States.

And we are doing almost nothing to stop them.

What sense does it make to have our airports completely locked down and crawling with security if radical Muslims can just hop over the Mexican border any time they want?

The truth is that no politician should claim that they are serious about national security until they are willing to do something about securing our borders.

But instead, many of our politicians are acting as if trying to do anything about illegal immigration is equivalent to racism.

For example, U.S. Representative Linda Sanchez claims that white supremacist groups are behind Arizona's new anti-illegal immigration law.

It is this kind of nonsense that has got to stop.

But in today's "politically correct" Washington D.C. it is not going to.

So millions of illegal immigrants (and thousands of radical Muslims) will continue to pour unchecked across the Mexican border and into the United States.

It is a recipe for disaster.

40 million Americans on food stamps?

The old timers used to tell us that one day we would all be standing in bread lines, but this is ridiculous.

The United States is rapidly becoming a socialized welfare state and nobody seems to be able to do anything to stop it.

You see, it is not only the food stamp program that is exploding.

Virtually all government handout programs are exploding.

For example, nearly 51 million Americans received $672 billion in Social Security benefits in 2009.

It seems like almost everyone is getting money from the government these days.

But of course all of these government handouts are also creating a huge problem.

It is called debt.

According to the U.S. Treasury Department, on June 1st the U.S. National Debt was $13,050,826,460,886.97.

We have piled up the biggest mountain of debt in the history of the world and there is no possible way that we are ever going to be able to pay it off.

In fact, this crushing debt load will almost certainly destroy the U.S. economy.

But the tens of millions of Americans that are getting handouts from the government each month do not want to give them up.

In fact, it is those handouts that are keeping many of them off the streets.

Millions of Americans are finding it really hard to make it these days - especially the millions of Americans that don't have jobs.

Long-term unemployment has never been this bad in the United States in the post-World War II era.

In fact, 45.9% of those currently unemployed in the United States have been out of work longer than six months.  That is the highest percentage since the Labor Department began keeping track in 1948.

And the truth is that there are fewer and fewer good jobs out there.

You see, we shipped millions and millions of good jobs to other countries after our politicians promised us that "free trade" and "globalism" would be so good for us.

Well, they were good for the greedy CEOs that raked in record profits by exploiting third world labor pools, but they were not so good for the millions of Americans that have now lost their jobs.

Increasingly, the U.S. is becoming a "two tier" society.

The very rich are thriving while tens of millions of other Americans have never had it harder.

So where will all of this end?

50 million Americans on food stamps?

60 million Americans on food stamps?

Will we all be on food stamps someday?

This is getting ridiculous and it has to stop.

The U.S. is on the path to economic and financial oblivion.

But the politicians in Washington D.C. seem content to continue business as usual.

As long as they keep getting elected they really don't seem to care much about what they are doing to the long-term future of this nation.

But of course ultimately it is our responsibility for electing such a bunch of absolute losers to represent us.

The truth is that the United States of America is falling apart and Obama, Pelosi and Reid are completely incapable of fixing things.

Not that the Republicans did much better when they controlled Congress and the White House.

The truth is that both parties are filled with corrupt career politicians that shouldn't be hired to run a Burger King much less make decisions for this entire nation.

But this is where we are at.  We have come to a time of great national crisis and the leadership in Washington D.C. is pretty much completely incompetent.

Well, so what are their plans?

First of all, they want to prop up the liberal-dominated mainstream media and newspapers.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the Obama administration is conducting "a major internal study" intended to design a major government rescue plan for America's newspapers.

So why not let newspapers that nobody wants to read anymore simply die?

Well, that is just not the "liberal" way.

After all, most of those newspapers constantly spew liberal propaganda.

So what are some of the proposals in this major internal study?

Well, according to the Los Angeles Times, the following proposals are being considered....

*Major changes to the copyright law, including government licensing provisions

*Government pilot programs to investigate potential new media business models

*Antitrust changes to allow media companies to unite on imposing online pay walls

*Establishing a journalism division of AmeriCorps with government underwriting the training of young journalists

*Tax incentives per news employee

*Increased funding of public broadcasting

*A 5% tax on consumer electronics and assessments on users of public airwaves

*Allowing taxpayers to direct a portion of their taxes to a specific media institution as payment for media services rendered

Perhaps you read those proposals and you think that they are utter insanity.

Well, the truth is that we live in insane times.

Secondly, the Obama administration is looking for ways that they can get away with shutting down conservative and libertarian news outlets.

There have been a number of suggestions from officials in the Obama administration that the "Fairness Doctrine" should be resurrected in one form or another.

Implementing the "Fairness Doctrine"  would mean that conservative radio shows, television broadcasts and Internet sites would have to give "equal time" to liberal points of view.

Of course liberal sites and broadcasts would likely not see much enforcement against them since they would be considered to be so "balanced" and "reasonable" already.

But even if the "Fairness Doctrine" is not brought back to life, liberals are looking for many other ways to "regulate" what we see and hear.

In fact, a coalition of more than 30 far left organizations recently sent a letter to the FCC arguing that the Internet has made it harder for the public to separate "the facts" from "bigotry masquerading as news".

Of course they define "bigotry" as anything that disagrees with Barack Obama.

The truth is that the liberals working for the Obama administration are evaluating what they can legally get away with in terms of media censorship. 

The temptation is far too great for them to resist.

They simply cannot leave well enough alone.

So we are likely to see an increasing number of attempts to "regulate" speech on the radio, television and Internet for the "good" of the American people.

 Enjoy your freedom of speech while it lasts.

He has sent an email to millions of people who supported Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2008 that asks this question:

"How would you like the chance to come up to New York and spend the day with me?"

Doesn't that sound cozy?

Reportedly, an online donation of as little as $5 gets you into the lottery.

Considering the fact that Hillary's campaign debt is now down to $771,000, and considering the fact that her campaign has approximately $624,000 in the bank, it is not as if the Clintons need this money so badly.

Or maybe this is just a way for Bill to meet chicks.

In any event, the opportunity to spend a day with Bill Clinton is out there.

I wonder what he would do if a hardcore conservative won?

That could be fun.

You could spend half the day just asking him about the truth regarding the scandals during his administration.

Actually, the more I think about it, the more appealing a day with Bill Clinton sounds.

So if the opportunity came up, sure, I think I would hang out with Bill Clinton for a day.

But I would never give Hillary a dime, so I guess I am out of luck.

But if you are interested, feel free to give the Clintons a donation. 

Who knows?

You might get lucky.

Even without the new health care law, the U.S. medical industry was already looking at a shortage of doctors in the coming years.  According to the Association of American Medical Colleges, the United States will likely face a shortage of as many as 150,000 doctors in the next 15 years.

But that shortage does not even factor in the large number of doctors that are going to leave the industry because of the new health care law.

According to a survey published in a recent issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, nearly one-third of all practicing physicians in the United States may leave the medical profession because of the health care legislation that was just passed.

Perhaps the politicians in Washington should have listened to what the doctors had to say before they passed the health care bill.

But they didn't.

Now large number of doctors may start retiring in droves.

According to an IBD/TIPP poll of American doctors, the situation is even worse.  That survey indicated that 45 percent of U.S. doctors would consider shutting down their practices or retiring if the health care bill became law.

Just think about that.

That number is mind blowing.

Currently, there are about 960,000 doctors practicing medicine in the United States.  If a third of them DID decide to retire or quit when Obama's health care law is fully implemented, that would mean that 320,000 doctors would suddenly leave the U.S. health care system.

Now hopefully things will not be that bad in reality, but even if 100,000 doctors leave the system, it is going to cause a shortage of unprecedented magnitude.

But it is not just a shortage of doctors that we will all be facing.

The new health care law that was supposed to give all Americans much better health care is actually forcing the cancellation of at least 60 doctor-owned hospitals that were scheduled for opening according to the executive director of Physician Hospitals of America.

Why is that the case?

Well, it turns out that the new health care law singles out doctor-owned hospitals, making new physician-owned projects ineligible to receive federal payments for Medicare and Medicaid patients.

Without those payments, the new doctor-owned hospitals are not feasible.

The new health care bill has been the law of the land for just a few weeks and it has already forced the cancellation of at least 60 hospitals.

Isn't that just great?

What a wonderful new health care system we all have!

If we are not careful, we are going to destroy what was once the greatest health care system in the world.

What in the world is happening to America?

But he is far from alone.  The United States has become a nation full of socialists.  In fact, Newsweek ran a cover article a while back entitled "We Are All Socialists Now".  While that is a bit of an exaggeration, the truth is that we all need to wake up and reclaim what once made this country great. 

Perhaps if every single Obama supporter would watch this cartoon from 1948, that would be one huge step in the right direction....

I'm 63. Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I've worked, hard, since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven't called in sick in seven or eight years. I make a good salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there's no retirement in sight, and I'm tired. Very tired.

I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.

I'm tired of being told that I have to pay more taxes to "keep people in their homes." Sure, if they lost their jobs or got sick, I'm willing to help. But if they bought McMansions at three times the price of our paid-off, $250,000 condo, on one-third of my salary, then let the left-wing Congress-critters who passed Fannie and Freddie and the Community Reinvestment Act that created the bubble help them with their own money.

I'm tired of being told how bad America is by left-wing millionaires like Michael Moore, George Soros and Hollywood Entertainers who live in luxury because of the opportunities America offers. In thirty years, if they get their way, the United States will have the economy of Zimbabwe , the freedom of the press of China , the crime and violence of Mexico , the tolerance for Christian people of Iran , and the freedom of speech of Venezuela .

I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't "believers"; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and Shari'a law tells them to.

I'm tired of being told that "race doesn't matter" in the post-racial world of Obama, when it's all that matters in affirmative action jobs, lower college admission and graduation standards for minorities (harming them the most), government contract set-asides, tolerance for the ghetto culture of violence and fatherless children that hurts minorities more than anyone, and in the appointment of U . S . Senators from Illinois.

I think it's very cool that we have a black president and that a black child is doing her homework at the desk where Lincoln wrote the Emancipation Proclamation. I just wish the black president was Condi Rice, or someone who believes more in freedom and the individual and less arrogantly of an all-knowing government.

I'm tired of a news media that thinks Bush's fundraising and inaugural expenses were obscene, but that think Obama's, at triple the cost, were wonderful; that thinks Bush exercising daily was a waste of presidential time, but Obama exercising is a great example for the public to control weight and stress; that picked over every line of Bush's military records, but never demanded that Kerry release his; that slammed Palin, with two years as governor, for being too inexperienced for VP, but touted Obama with three years as senator as potentially the best president ever. Wonder why people are dropping their subscriptions or switching to Fox News? Get a clue. I didn't vote for Bush in 2000, but the media and Kerry drove me to his camp in 2004.

I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let Saudi Arabia use our oil money to fund mosques and madrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in America , while no American group is allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia to teach love and tolerance.

I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate. My wife and I live in a two-bedroom apartment and carpool together five miles to our jobs. We also own a three-bedroom condo where our daughter and granddaughter live. Our carbon footprint is about 5% of Al Gore's, and if you're greener than Gore, you're green enough.

I'm tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses while they tried to fight it off? I don't think Gay people choose to be Gay, but I damn sure think druggies chose to take drugs. And I'm tired of harassment from cool people treating me like a freak when I tell them I never tried marijuana.

I'm tired of illegal aliens being called "undocumented workers," especially the ones who aren't working, but are living on welfare or crime. What's next? Calling drug dealers, "Undocumented Pharmacists"? And, no, I'm not against Hispanics. Most of them are Catholic, and it's been a few hundred years since Catholics wanted to kill me for my religion. I'm willing to fast track for citizenship any Hispanic person, who can speak English, doesn't have a criminal record and who is self-supporting without family on welfare, or who serves honorably for three years in our military.... Those are the citizens we need.

I'm tired of latte liberals and journalists, who would never wear the uniform of the Republic themselves, or let their entitlement-handicapped kids near a recruiting station, trashing our military. They and their kids can sit at home, never having to make split-second decisions under life and death circumstances, and bad mouth better people than themselves. Do bad things happen in war? You bet. Do our troops sometimes misbehave? Sure. Does this compare with the atrocities that were the policy of our enemies for the last fifty years and still are? Not even close. So here's the deal. I'll let myself be subjected to all the humiliation and abuse that was heaped on terrorists at Abu Ghraib or Gitmo, and the critics can let themselves be subject to captivity by the Muslims, who tortured and beheaded Daniel Pearl in Pakistan, or the Muslims who tortured and murdered Marine Lt. Col. William Higgins in Lebanon, or the Muslims who ran the blood-spattered Al Qaeda torture rooms our troops found in Iraq, or the Muslims who cut off the heads of schoolgirls in Indonesia, because the girls were Christian. Then we'll compare notes. British and American soldiers are the only troops in history that civilians came to for help and handouts, instead of hiding from in fear.

I'm tired of people telling me that their party has a corner on virtue and the other party has a corner on corruption. Read the papers; bums are bipartisan. And I'm tired of people telling me we need bipartisanship. I live in Illinois , where the "Illinois Combine" of Democrats has worked to loot the public for years. Not to mention the tax cheats in Obama's cabinet.

I'm tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of both parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.

Speaking of poor, I'm tired of hearing people with air-conditioned homes, color TVs and two cars called poor. The majority of Americans didn't have that in 1970, but we didn't know we were "poor." The poverty pimps have to keep changing the definition of poor to keep the dollars flowing.

I'm real tired of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems.

Yes, I'm damn tired . But I'm also glad to be 63. Because, mostly, I'm not going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for my granddaughter.

You know things are bad for Obama when even CNN calls him a liar. Of course it is just Jack Cafferty, but still - for a CNN personality to openly call Barack Obama a liar is just stunning.

But one of the saddest things that Massa had to say is that he felt completely and utterly powerless to change the system as a member of Congress.  When even a member of Congress can do absolutely nothing about the runaway corruption of the U.S. government, you know that the system is broken.

That definitely does not sound like someone who is not going to run for president.

In fact, everything about Sarah Palin right now screams out that she plans to run - she is just not ready to make a formal announcement for a while.

So, she is saying the right things about other potential candidates for now.  During the Fox News interview, Palin said that there were other potential Republican candidates who are "in as strong or stronger position than I am to take on the White House and if they're in a better position than I in three years, I'll support them."

Recent polls have revealed that the Republican base favors her right now over other potential Republican candidates, and when Tea Party convention organizer Judson Phillips brought up the idea of "President Palin" in a question-and-answer session after Sarah Palin's speech, members of the audience reportedly leaped to their feet and started chanting "Run, Sarah, Run."

So will Sarah Palin run for president in 2012?

Yes.

Not only is she snuggling up to the Tea Party movement, she is also out actively endorsing other Republican candidates and plans to be an active campaigner during the 2010 campaign season.

If she was "retiring" from politics she would not be aggressively out there like this.

Everything she is doing is laying the groundwork for 2012.

But if for some reason Sarah Palin does not run in 2012, when will she run?

Never.

In American politics, you must run while you are hot.

Do you think people like Bob Dole, John Kerry, Dan Quayle or Michael Dukakis would have a prayer of getting elected to the presidency now?

No.

But at one time all of those guys were hot and they all had realistic chances of becoming president.

It is all about striking while the iron is hot.

That is what Barack Obama did.

2012 is Sarah Palin's chance.

Either she gets elected then, or it is almost certainly over for her.

That is the reality of American politics.

She is one of the most polarizing figures in the history of American politics already, but the truth is that right now Sarah Palin is very hot with the Tea Party crowd.

2012 is her shot - if she is willing to go for it.

And she will be.

But she may not be the only conservative female running in 2012.

Michele Bachmann is also a huge Tea Party favorite and she is lurking in the background and is evaluating what direction the political winds are blowing.  Already there are websites that are urging her to run for president in 2012.  She has a ton of support among conservatives and she is getting a ton of face time on the news channels.

So could we see a Palin vs. Bachmann duel for the Republican nomination?

You never know.

Or perhaps they will end up joining forces and running together.

Didn't conservatives and tea party activists just spend weeks working their butts off to get this guy elected?

The truth is that we have been duped again.

During a recent interview, Scott Brown told Barbara Walters that he is pro-choice.

Brown went on to explain, however, that he is "different" from other pro-choicers because he wants to "reduce" the number of abortions.

Wait - isn't that the line that Obama always uses?

And on the marriage issue that you brought up, it's settled here in Massachusetts, but I believe that states should have the ability to determine their own destiny and the government should not be interfering with individual states' rights on issues that they deal with on a daily basis.

So Scott Brown is perfectly okay with Massachusetts or any other state deciding to legalize gay marriage?

No, that is not conservative.

No, that is not okay.

The truth is that we have been duped again.

Scott Brown is not a conservative.

He hasn't even been seated yet, and yet he has already told Republican leaders that there are going to be times when he will be voting with the Democrats.

Wow!  That sure does not sound like a conservative revolution at all.

It does not appear that Scott Brown is anything like the hardcore conservative that will be fighting tooth and nail to stop the Obama agenda that may tea party activists thought that they were electing.

The reality is that Scott Brown is going to be one of the most liberal Republicans in the history of the party.

In Washington D.C. we seem to have two parties now - the Democrats and the "not quite as radically liberal" Democrats.

True conservatives are a dying breed in Washington.

The truth is that we have been duped again.

When are we going to learn that we should never cast a single vote for any candidate who is pro-abortion?

It doesn't matter how many tax cuts you pass - if the United States continues to kill about a million babies a year by abortion we are not going to be blessed.

Do you think that we are being too dramatic?  Just watch the video posted below. Someone out there has taken the time to break down section after section of this nightmare bill and explain what it is going to mean for America and for each of us individually. We challenge anyone to watch this video and then try to explain to us how our lives are going to be better after this bill passes....

The truth is that we would be far better off if the entire U.S. Congress would simply go home and take the rest of the year off.

How in the world can they give us a health care "reform" bill that gives us fewer choices, higher taxes, health care rationing and unprecedented U.S. government control over everything?  And this thing is also going to cost trillions of dollars and put our nation even farther into debt?

We don't want it!

Isn't the fact that a Republican is on the verge of winning a U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts (of all places) enough of a signal to the Democrats that they need to back way off?

The truth is that the American people would be far happier if this Congress would spend their days getting drunk and taking naps.  At least that way they would not be busy screwing up all of our lives.

That is the best that the American people can hope for out of this Congress - that they would do absolutely nothing.

Why?

As the video posted below explains, the American people are sick of the bailouts, sick of the spending, sick of the government takeovers, sick of the unemployment, sick of the corruption, sick of the socialism and sick of politicians not listening to concerns about health care reform.

The video below is very powerful and it has been viewed on YouTube tens of thousands of times. There is nothing offensive in it, but it has already been yanked down off of YouTube several times.

Why has it been yanked down? Your guess is as good as mine. Perhaps people don't like hearing the truth.

The reality is that American voters are angrier than at any other point in modern times, and it looks like 2010 is going to be a really, really bad year for the Democrats....

But will the Republicans do any better if they get power?

After all, the reckless spending and expansion of government by the Bush administration got us into the position we are today.  Bush backed the bailouts and the government takeovers too.  In many ways, the Obama administration is just continuing the policies that the Bush administration started.  The truth is that the Bush administration was one of the most liberal administrations that the U.S. has ever had when you take an honest look at the issues.

So if the American people just end up voting in a bunch of George W. Bush clones, that is not going to solve much of anything.

The truth is that both parties are controlled by the establishment to such a degree that it is virtually impossible for the American people to change the course of the nation at the voting box anymore.  No matter who gets voted in, it just seems like things keep going the same way.

Hopefully the tea party movement can result in some real conservatives getting voted into Congress in 2010.  But it is high time that we all realize that the vast majority of the politicians in both parties are owned and bankrolled by the establishment, and not much is going to change until that does.

This "religious conscience" exemption is in both the House and the Senate versions of the health care reform bill.  Thus it is almost certain to make it into the final version of the bill unless there are some dramatic last minute objections.

So why do the Amish want to be able to opt out of this system?  Well, the reality is that most Amish are disgusted by any type of government assistance.  In most Amish societies, families and neighbors take care of one another.  The thought of participating in a government-run health care system is totally repugnant to them.

But it is not only the Amish that will benefit from this provision.  Other groups such as Old Order Mennonites and Christian Scientists could benefit as well.

So what about the rest of us?

Can the rest of us get in on this action?

If the Amish can opt out of the requirement to purchase health insurance, they why can't average, hard-working Americans?

Or do we need to invent a religion first?

#1) All Americans will be forced to buy health insurance.  If you don't like the new system, that is too bad for you.  If you don't pay up, you will be heavily fined and you could ultimately end up in prison.  There will simply be no escape from participating in this health care system until you die. 

#2) Americans will have basically two places from which to get health coverage - either their workplaces or from "insurance exchanges" set up by the government.  If you are not employed, you will have one choice. 

#3) Americans will have much fewer health plan choices under the new system.  The new "insurance exchanges" that the government is setting up will offer four health plan templates that have been mandated by the government.  Each plan will contain health benefits that have been specifically dictated by government agencies.  You will be forced to pay for the benefits contained in these plans whether you need them or not.  So if you will never need substance abuse treatment or prescription drug coverage that is too bad - you will be forced to pay for them.

#4) Americans will be eligible for a federal subsidy to help them buy health insurance, but only if they earn less than 400 percent of the poverty level ($88,200 for a family of four).  However, an individual will only be eligible for a subsidy if their employer does not offer health coverage and if that individual purchases a "government-approved" plan from a "government-approved" insurance exchange.

#5) The Congressional Budget Office estimates that a family insurance plan for a typical family of four will cost approximately $15,000 per year when the health care bill comes into full effect in 2016.  How do you think most American families will react to that?

#6) The Congressional Budget Office also says that the coverage provisions in the Senate bill will cost the U.S. government $200 billion annually by 2019 and that these costs will grow by 8 percent per year.  Considering the fact that the U.S. government is already drowning in red ink, where in the world will all of that money come from?

#7) American workers will be hit with nasty new taxes under the new system, including a .9 percent Medicare payroll tax increase that the Senate bill would implement.

#8) There is also a 40 percent tax on "Cadillac" health plans in the Senate version of the bill.  That tax is not indexed to inflation, which means that eventually every health plan will be subject to the tax.

#9) Even if your current health plan is "grandfathered" in, your current health insurance company will be required to meet new federal mandates that will dramatically increase the cost for any health plan it offers you right now.  Guess who the health insurance companies will pass those costs on to?

#10) Senator Harry Reid has inserted some really wicked provisions in the Senate version of the health care bill that will make it virtually impossible to repeal the Obamacare bill once it is adopted.  So the reality is that once it is voted in, the American people will be stuck with it forever.

That is exactly the position that Al Gore finds himself in. The leading advocate of the theory of "man-made global warming" is also one of the people who would likely benefit the most financially from the implementation of a "cap and trade" carbon credit trading scheme.

You see, Al Gore is chairman of Generation Investment Management. David Blood, the former chief executive of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, is the CEO.

Thus the nickname - Blood and Gore.

Wikipedia describes Blood and Gore this way.....

Generation Investment Management LLP (GIM) is a London-based investment management firm with an investment style that blends traditional equity research with a focus on sustainability factors, including social and environmental responsibility and corporate governance.

It all sounds very noble, doesn't it?

But the bottom line is that GIM is about making money.  GIM owns a 10 percent stake in the Chicago Climate Exchange.  The Chicago Climate Exchange owns half of the European Climate Exchange.

Thus if the United States and Europe adopt a "cap and trade" carbon credit trading scheme Al Gore could potentially rake in billions of dollars.

If they don't, Al Gore's investment in these ventures could end up being worthless.

When asked about the financial incentives that Gore has to promote carbon trading in an appearance before Congress, Gore did not back down one bit.....

"Do you think there is something wrong with being active in business in this country?" the New York Times quotes Gore as telling Congress. "I am proud of it. I am proud of it."

Gore insists that he is completely committed to solving the problems caused by "climate change" and that he is not ashamed of being ready to make tons of money off of those solutions.....

"I believe that the transition to a green economy is good for our economy and good for all of us, and I have invested in it."

But is Al Gore ready to back real environmental solutions which would not make him money? 

Apparently those kinds of solutions don't appeal to him as much.  Just consider the following passage from a recent Newsweek article.....

"If we feed the biology and manage grasslands appropriately, we could sequester as much carbon as we emit," says Timothy LaSalle, CEO of the Rodale Institute, who presented at two summits. The political clash is this: if you tell people soils can be managed to suck up lots of our carbon emissions, it sounds like a get-out-of-jail-free card, and could decrease what little enthusiasm there is for reducing those emissions—as one of Gore's assistants told LaSalle in asking him to dial down his estimate. (He didn't.)"

One of Gore's assistants actually asked LaSalle to "dial down his estimate"?

What in the world?

Perhaps LaSalle's idea could really work.

But apparently since it would not make Al Gore any money it is not as good as the "cap and trade" carbon trading scheme which would dramatically raise energy prices for American consumers and which would further wreck the U.S. economy.

The truth is that Al Gore is going to keep positioning his money to take advantage of "green" legislation and he is going to keep using his political clout to tirelessly advocate for that same legislation.

As Al Gore's firm, Blood and Gore, starts to rake in billions of dollars as middle class Americans struggle to pay their power bills, perhaps it will be then that many Americans will finally learn the true meaning of this Al Gore quote..... 

"Reality does have a way of knocking on the door."

First of all let's consider Sarah Palin's claim that Obamacare would create "death panels" that would make life and death decisions for the chronically ill. The following is a brief excerpt from Palin's Wall Street Journal article.....

Now look at one way Mr. Obama wants to eliminate inefficiency and waste: He's asked Congress to create an Independent Medicare Advisory Council—an unelected, largely unaccountable group of experts charged with containing Medicare costs. In an interview with the New York Times in April, the president suggested that such a group, working outside of "normal political channels," should guide decisions regarding that "huge driver of cost . . . the chronically ill and those toward the end of their lives . . . ."

Sarah Palin is absolutely correct about this.  Barack Obama's health care reform package would not only allow unelected government bureaucrats to decide what treatments are the most "cost efficient", but it would also give them the power to decide whether it is "cost effective" to treat someone at the end of their life at all.

This is what happens in other nations (such as the U.K.) where health care decisions are placed in the hands of unaccountable government bureaucrats.  In the name of "cutting costs", Americans simply will not have the option of getting whatever health care they want whenever they want it any longer.  They will have to settle for whatever is "cost efficient".

Sarah Palin did not mince words in her article as she described the implications of Obamacare.....

Given such statements, is it any wonder that many of the sick and elderly are concerned that the Democrats' proposals will ultimately lead to rationing of their health care by—dare I say it—death panels? Establishment voices dismissed that phrase, but it rang true for many Americans.

When Obama uses terms like "controlling costs" and "improving efficiency" what he really is talking about is health care rationing and the loss of health care freedom.  Health care choices are to be curtailed for the good of American society in Obama's twisted vision of the future.

In fact, what most Americans do not realize is that a big step towards this kind of rationing was already passed in the economic stimulus bill.  That bill established "The Federal Coordinating Council For Comparative Effectiveness Research", and Obama has already appointed the 15 members of that council (including Rahm Emanuel's brother).  We reported on this very troubling development here:

The New York Times described the purpose of this council this way.....

Under the legislation, researchers will receive $1.1 billion to compare drugs, medical devices, surgery and other ways of treating specific conditions.

Compare them for what purpose?

For the purpose of choosing what is most "cost effective" and "efficient" of course.  Ultimately the goal is to impose those "choices" on American citizens so that the entire health care system can "control costs".

Shifting gears, let's talk a look at U.S. Representative Joe Wilson's outburst.  He is being absolutely vilified in the mainstream media for yelling "You Lie" during Barack Obama's health care address to Congress.  Video of this incident is posted below..... 

First of all, it needs to be recognized that George W. Bush was treated in a similar manner by the Democrats and there was never any outrage in the liberal media.  So this is clearly blatant hypocrisy by the liberal media.

But setting that aside, was Joe Wilson right?

Was Barack Obama telling a lie?

Well, the truth is that last month, by a vote of 23 to 18, the House Ways and Means Committee defeated an amendment which would have explicitly excluded illegal aliens from the health care reform bill.

But why would such an amendment be necessary?

Last month the Congressional Research Service, the nonpartisan policy research arm of Congress, issued a report that indicated that without a citizenship verification system, illegal aliens would receive health care subsidies.

The executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, Mark Krikorian, told CNN that the CRS report "undermines the claims of the president and others that illegal immigrants would not be covered under the House version of the bill."

In addition, the reality is that illegal immigrants already receive free health care in emergency rooms throughout the United States.  As Newsweek explains..... 

Hospitals simply aren't allowed to refuse treatment in emergency situations, regardless of the patient's immigration status.

Due to the failed immigration policies of Clinton, Bush and now Obama we now have approximately 30 to 40 million illegal aliens absolutely swamping the health care system and driving many hospitals to the brink of bankruptcy.

Nothing in Barack Obama's health care plan does anything to fix this.

The truth is that it has now become clear that Barack Obama is a habitual liar.  Very, very few statements that he makes are 100 percent pure truth.  Instead of listening to his rhetoric, Americans need to read the health care bills for themselves as they are developed.

The reality is that the American health care system is about to be fundamentally changed, and if the American people do not want to wake up someday to an absolute health care nightmare they better urge their representatives to do something about it while they still can.

The website, "Organizing For America", is regularly used by Obama and his staff to rally his supporters to take action in support of the administration's agenda. For anyone in Obama's organization to equate conservatives, Republicans and opponents of Obamacare with al-Qaeda and other murderous terrorists is something to be taken very, very seriously.

After all, what happens to terrorists? Well, they are rounded up off the streets, detained in secret locations with no rights and they are tortured and abused for months or even years in an effort to extract information from them.

Is that what should happen to you for objecting to Obamacare?

The reality is that the inflammatory rhetoric by the left has gotten way, way, way out of control.

Are they serious?

Some may be tempted to ignore such hateful language, but as we saw all too often in the last century, very hateful political language by ruling government authorities often leads to violent and repressive actions by that same government.

So if you are against Obamacare, perhaps you should take a few minutes to consider what Barack Obama's organization is saying about you.....

When opponents of Obamacare are called "terrorists" by Obama's own organization, the reality is that the First Amendment is in jeopardy. 

If you do not think that government power cannot be used to repress political opposition in America than you have not been paying attention.  Already, the Pentagon has asked Congress to give the Secretary of Defense the authority to post nearly 400,000 U.S. military personnel throughout the United States in the event of an emergency or a major disaster.

And who defines what an "emergency" or a "major disaster" is?

Barack Obama.

Not only that, but throughout the presidential campaign Barack Obama spoke of the need for a civilian national security force that is just as strong and just as well funded as the U.S. military.

Does not such a scenario sound like a police state to you?

Are you ready for secret police and national security forces to patrol the streets outside of your home?

Are you ready to be labeled a "terrorist" for opposing the policies of the ruling administration?

The truth is that the America that we all knew if dying, and whether or not America can still be referred to as "the land of the free" is very much in question.

All the way back to the presidential campaign, the reporting out of NBC news outlets was so over-the-top pro-Obama that it was beyond embarrassing.  In an era when most media organizations have left objectivity far behind, NBC has taken things to such an extreme that CNN looks "conservative" in comparison.

This goes far beyond Sarah Palin being skewered on Saturday Night Live or Obama being treated with kid gloves by Jay Leno while Republican candidates are raked over the coals.  No, as will be demonstrated below, what is going on at NBC is nothing short of a major media organization promoting a political candidate for the benefit of their parent corporation.

G.E., which owns NBC, lobbied for and is receiving stimulus funds, and now that troubled corporation could end up with literally billions of cap and trade dollars if Barack Obama's cap and trade scheme is implemented.

You see, back in 2007 a number of large corporations formed the "Climate Action Partnership" (or CAP) was formed by several corporations to come up with a way to reduce greenhouse gases.  G.E. is one of the largest corporations in CAP.  This joint venture now stands to manage billions of cap and trade dollars.

G.E. has also invested very heavily in "clean energy", and if cap and trade is fully implemented, other corporations will likely spend billions on G.E.'s "green technology" as other forms of energy suddenly become too expensive.

It certainly helps G.E. that their CEO has a direct line to the president.  After doing such a great job getting him elected, Obama named G.E. CEO Jeffrey Immelt to his Economic Advisory Board.  This is quite ironic considering the fact that G.E. has performed much worse since Immelt took over as the CEO.

So considering the very cozy relationship between G.E. and Obama, the reality is that Immelt and his cohorts are not going to accept any criticism of Obama on their networks.

According to recent allegations, Immelt and key NBC executives actually told CNBC to stop criticizing Obama's economic policies. 

In fact, it is rumored that CNBC's Rick Santelli was so offended by this that he said that it was like being sent to a "re-education camp".

But of course we will probably not ever know if Santelli really did say this, because if he came out and said it publicly he would probably be instantly fired.

But it's not like NBC's Obama bias is any sort of a secret.  Every night on their networks "anchors" such as Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews sing the praises of Obama and engage in such hateful name-calling of Republicans that it would be almost comical if all of this was not so serious.

Now it has come out that NBC, along with ABC, has refusedto air television ads critical of Barack Obama's health care reform program.

The ads by the League of American Voters are certainly not outrageous at all.  They feature a neurosurgeon who warns that Obama's proposal will lead to the rationing of health care procedures and medicine.  These ads are running around the nation but NBC and ABC refuse to touch them.

Why?

We all know why.

Not only that, but NBC is now featuring Barack Obama merchandise in their online store!

Talk about ridiculous.

NBC has Barack Obama dolls, collectible coins and other memorabilia for sale.  Just see for yourself:

Now if they had also sold a George W. Bush doll all of this might not look so bizarre. 

But the truth is that NBC can no longer be regarded as an objective network. 

But why should they?

After all, Jeffrey Immelt is on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve and as we documented in a previous article, Obama is not about to stand up to the international bankers who control America's currency and who have brought us all to the edge of financial disaster. 

Most Americans simply do not understand the sick relationship that exists between big money and America's politicians.  Obama was not made president to serve the American people.  He was made president to serve big corporations such as G.E. and big financial interests such as the Federal Reserve.

It is time for the American people to wake up and start realizing how the world really works.

Not that Barack Obama or anyone else in the U.S. government has much control over the Federal Reserve at all.  You see, the "Federal Reserve" is about as "federal" as Federal Express is.  It is a private central bank owned and operated for profit by the international central bankers that own or control most of the other central banks around the world. 

If you do not know this yet, here is a shocker for you.....the currency and the money supply of the United States is not controlled by the U.S. government.  It is managed and manipulated by a cabal of elite international bankers in order to make themselves as much money as possible.   

Not that Obama ever even pretended that he was going to stand up to these bankers.  The instant that he nominated Timothy Geithner (the head of the New York Fed - the most important branch) to be the treasury secretary, it was apparent that Obama was in bed with the international bankers.

But what most Americans do not realize is that the reckless and runaway expansion of the U.S. money supply by the Federal Reserve is absolutely destroying the wealth of all Americans.  Take a minute to examine the chart below.....

This chart shows the growth in the U.S. money supply in fifteen year intervals.  Since about 1985 you will notice that the money supply has been radically expanding, but the real shocker is at the end of the chart.  Due to the Fed recklessly pumping money into the economy, the graph is basically going almost straight up now.

Now, if you do not understand the implications of this, let us explain them for you.  What this is going to do is cause nasty, hair-raising inflation like the United States has never, ever seen.  The buying power of all bank accounts is going to fall like a rock.  The accumulated wealth of the American people is going to diminish dramatically.

You see, rapid inflation is like a hidden tax on everyone and everything.  All of those seniors who carefully budgeted for retirement are going to be in for a nasty surprise.  The value of everyone's dollars is going to rapidly go down the toilet.

Fortunately, there are some conservative members of Congress that are trying to do something about this. 

For example, U.S. Representative Ron Paul has introduced a bill to perform a real audit of the Federal Reserve for the first time ever.  Dozens upon dozens of conservative Republican members of Congress have co-sponsored this legislation to audit the Fed (H.R. 1207).

Ron Paul has been extremely critical of the Fed for many years, but during this past year he has really ramped up his criticism.  The following is one example: 

"The Federal Reserve in collaboration with the giant banks has created the greatest financial crisis the world has ever seen. The foolish notion that unlimited amounts of money and credit created out of thin air can provide sustainable economic growth has delivered this crisis to us. Instead of economic growth and stable prices, (The Fed) has given us a system of government and finance that now threatens the world financial and political institutions. Pursuing the same policy of excessive spending, debt expansion and monetary inflation can only compound the problems that prevent the required corrections. Doubling the money supply didn’t work, quadrupling it won’t work either. But the Federal Reserve is not about to roll over and let the U.S. Congress look inside of their books so easily.  In fact, they are fighting it tooth and nail and they have most of the key Democrats on their side at this point. 

Since the bill to audit the Fed was introduced, both Bernanke and Geithner have strongly denounced it in interviews, and they have even go so far as to issue veiled threats through the media.

For example, in an interview released by Digg and the Wall Street Journal, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said that auditing the Fed is a "line that we don’t want to cross" and that such a move would be "problematic for the country".

Problematic for the country?

Just to look at the books of the Fed?

What would happen if we cross that line?  Would the Fed cut off the flow of credit and crash the U.S. economy?

For the U.S. Treasury Secretary to be making comments of this nature is beyond shocking.  He is supposed to be representing the American people - not his old bosses at the Federal Reserve.

The reality is that the Federal Reserve does not want what they are doing to us and how much money they are making off of it exposed to the American people.  Unfortunately, as long as their friend Obama is in office it is quite likely that they will be able to keep their dirty tricks secret.

Some time ago, ABC News did an investigation of VA hospital conditions that uncovered the reality of "disastrous management and deficient care" at the 162 VA facilities throughout the United States.

The following are just some of the things that ABC News found during the course of their investigation.....

*Bathrooms filthy with what appeared to be human excrement

*Dirty linens from some patients mixed in with clean supplies

*Examining tables that had dried blood and medications still on them

*Equipment used to sterilize surgical instruments that had broken down

*Some patients were forced to beg for food and water

*Vets neglected so badly that they developed horrific bedsores and dangerous infections

Is this any way to treat our veterans?

Is this what we can expect under Obamacare?

So will there be long waits and rationing under Obamacare?  If it is anything like the vets are experiencing right now there will be.  Just consider what ABC News found about vet waits for health care.....

Veterans who responded to a survey by the American Legion in 2003 said it took an average of seven months to get a first appointment at a VA hospital. In some hospitals, patients have waited as long as two years.

Is that the kind of health care system that you want?

Do you think that you will be treated better or worse then military vets under Obamacare?

Not only do we find rationing in VA hospitals, but we also find the kind of "death counseling" that the Democrats have worked so hard to deny will happen under Obamacare.

Jim Towey, the president of Saint Vincent College, former director of the White House Office of Faith-Based Initiatives and the founder of the nonprofit organization Aging with Dignity just wrote an extraordinary piece about this in the Wall Street Journal.  The following is an excerpt from that excellent article where he describes that death counseling that takes place at VA hospitals......

Last year, bureaucrats at the VA's National Center for Ethics in Health Care advocated a 52-page end-of-life planning document, "Your Life, Your Choices." It was first published in 1997 and later promoted as the VA's preferred living will throughout its vast network of hospitals and nursing homes. After the Bush White House took a look at how this document was treating complex health and moral issues, the VA suspended its use. Unfortunately, under President Obama, the VA has now resuscitated "Your Life, Your Choices."

Who is the primary author of this workbook? Dr. Robert Pearlman, chief of ethics evaluation for the center, a man who in 1996 advocated for physician-assisted suicide in Vacco v. Quill before the U.S. Supreme Court and is known for his support of health-care rationing.

"Your Life, Your Choices" presents end-of-life choices in a way aimed at steering users toward predetermined conclusions, much like a political "push poll." For example, a worksheet on page 21 lists various scenarios and asks users to then decide whether their own life would be "not worth living."

The circumstances listed include ones common among the elderly and disabled: living in a nursing home, being in a wheelchair and not being able to "shake the blues." There is a section which provocatively asks, "Have you ever heard anyone say, 'If I'm a vegetable, pull the plug'?" There also are guilt-inducing scenarios such as "I can no longer contribute to my family's well being," "I am a severe financial burden on my family" and that the vet's situation "causes severe emotional burden for my family."

When the government can steer vulnerable individuals to conclude for themselves that life is not worth living, who needs a death panel?

But Democrats assure us that this type of thing will NOT happen to seniors under Obamacare.

Do you believe them?

Perhaps if they had not already lied over and over and over to the American people they might have a shred of credibility left.

The reality is that if we let the U.S. government take control of health care then our elderly will become very vulnerable.

The truth is that the U.S. government will abuse all of our seniors under Obamacare the way they are abusing our veterans right now if this "health care reform" package gets pushed through.

If the U.S. government cannot even provide decent health care for military veterans, what in the world makes you think that they can do it for the entire population?

In fact, U.S. government-run healthcare is SO bad that there is a saying on Indian reservations about it:

"Don't get sick after June".

Why?

Because in the fall and winter the waits and the rationing and the level of care get so bad that in some cases people are lucky to get care at all.

So is this the kind of nightmare service that we can expect under a nationwide Obamacare system? The following news report about health care on Indian reservations should be sobering for all of us.....

As the facts about Obamacare continue to come out, more and more Americans are getting seriously pissed off. One of the best townhall meeting videos that we have seen comes from the state of Washington. U.S. Representative Brian Baird held a townhall on August 18th in Clark County, Washington, and one U.S. marine who has had enough ripped into him big time.....

The truth is that the majority of Americans do not want government-run health care.  It appears that many politicians still have  not learned that when you start messing with their health, the American people can get really, really mad.

Didn't the Democrats learn anything from the Hillarycare disaster?  That mess was a big reason why the Republicans did so surprisingly well in the 1994 elections.  Will we see a repeat of that?

Right now Obama and the Democrats are debating whether or not to drop the "public option" from the health care reform bill.  But that is not nearly the biggest point in all of this.  The far bigger issues are to what degree the government is going to end up controlling health care in the U.S., how much rationing is going to take place to control costs, and to what extent the government is going to mandate the health care treatment choices that doctors and patients make. 

The truth is that the Democrats do NOT need a "public option" to socialize the health care system.  They can still take away our health care freedoms and keep the current health insurance system intact. 

In fact, the infrastructure for health care rationing and government control over health care treatment choices has already been passed.  It was in the stimulus bill that Democrats rushed through Congress at the beginning of the year.  If you want to read about the control that the U.S. government now has over your health care, read this article that we recently posted about it:

And you know what?

They are absolutely right.

Those words cannot be found in any health care legislation and they absolutely will not be.

Why?

Because no politician who wishes to have any hope for to be re-elected would ever use those words.

But the reality is that health care legislation that was already passed has brought us much closer to the type of health care system that the U.K. has where health care is rationed and where government officials do sometimes make life and death medical decisions.

The stimulus bill (which can be read here) established "The Federal Coordinating Council For Comparative Effectiveness Research".  The bill established the purpose of this new council as the following.....

The Council shall foster optimum coordination of comparative effectiveness and related health services research conducted or supported by relevant Federal departments and agencies, with the goal of reducing duplicative efforts and encouraging coordinated and complementary use of resources.

So just what in the world is "comparative effectiveness research"?

Well, fortunately the New York Times has explained it to us in plan English:

Under the legislation, researchers will receive $1.1 billion to compare drugs, medical devices, surgery and other ways of treating specific conditions.

In other words, researchers will be trying to determine what medical treatments are the most cost effective and efficient.

Now, when you start to hear politicians use words like "cost effective" and "efficient" in relation to health care, you should start getting really, really nervous.

Why?

Because the goal is to save money, which means rationing care and even denying certain medical treatments to the very elderly when it is not "cost effective". 

Even the New York Times admits that the ultimate goal of this research is to save money:

Supporters of the research hope it will eventually save money by discouraging the use of costly, ineffective treatments.

The good news is that it appears that the recommendations and guidelines that this new government bureaucracy develops will not be mandatory - at least for now.

But the truth is that they are putting the infrastructure for total government control of health care in place.  They aren't going to spend hundreds of millions of dollars on research on how to make medical care more cost effective only to let doctors and patients do whatever they want anyway.

At some point the government (especially if it continues to be dominated by Democrats) will flip the switch and will turn the "voluntary" recommendations and guidelines into "mandatory" ones.

At that point doctors and patients will be very limited in their choices.  In the name of "saving money", health care will be rationed for many types of treatments and procedures (just take a look at the U.K. for one example) and certain treatments that are not "cost effective" will be denied to the very elderly entirely.

So when you see conservatives running around screaming about "rationing" and "death panels" they have a legitimate point.

It won't happen right away, but the Democrats are putting the infrastructure for it in place.  The government is going to end up with total control of your health care if Obama gets his full program in place, and it is not going to be fun.
