The definitations clearly define 'facility' and 'farm'. The annuual fees apply only to 'facilities'. The geographic lock down is only to stop food moving in the event of a food borne outbreak, like keeping e-coli infected spinich from leaving CA. I'm not saying there isn't some crapy stuff in there but when well intentioned people go off half-cocked it makes it hard to sound credible and gain support when we really need it. Take over the food supply: workin' on it." How many more areas of American industry does this administration need to get control of before enough people wise up to silent "coup" happening before our very eyes? This is outrageous!!!! The fees are capped for agri-giants. So while small farms pay $500 per facility agri-business will be paying less. More, the fees are prescheduled to be increased every year but the agri-business cap is not.
